I don't think that is enough. If you read the message that you posted carefully, I think that the problem is on the LotusScript security side.

Agent scheduled to run on 'CN=BigSilver2/O=Home'.

You will notice that the last two entries that I mentioned on the server document does not mention LotusScript.
